Claims and refunds1. Claims concerning assortment, quantity or damage occurred during transport have to be in writing sent by post (ElmarCo Tadeusz Martyniuk, ul. Gdyńska 2, 80-209 Chwaszczyno), by e-mail (sklep@elmarco.pl) or fax (+48 58 552 84 29) on the day of the delivery or the next day in compliance with the binding damage certificate template (claim form). 2. In case of faulty goods, the Client has the right to receive the warranty services. A claim is examined within 20 days from the moment of receiving the claimed goods. In reasoned cases, the damaged product will be fixed or exchanged for a new one and if that is not possible, the Client will receive a refund in amount of claimed product’s price or will be offered other products available in the shop. The costs incurred by returning faulty goods are returned immediately once the parcel has been received and the claim has been examined. The Shop does not accept products sent by postal collection order.
3. Attention! Due to production process and the diversity of materials and parts’ lots, Clients should be aware of slight differences that might occur in shades of color even when purchasing several units of the same product. Varnishing may affect optically in various manner according to the angle of reflection. Slight differences in color are a sign of material’s veracity. Therefore claims on the color difference will not be accepted. In order to minimize the probability of occurring color differences it is crucial to point out during placing an order (by e-mail) whether the goods should come from the same production lot. Due to various characteristics of monitors and digital processing techniques, product’s pictures shown on the shop’s website may differ slightly from the reality. The differences between the real color of the product and the color shown on the website may not be a reason for lodging a complaint 4. In accordance with the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, the Client has the right to return their purchase without providing any reason within ten days of receiving the parcel. The goods must not be used nor damaged. To receive a refund, the Client is obliged to return the order together with the enclosed specification and cash register receipt. The shop guarantees a refund of the amount corresponding to the price of the goods. The refund will be made by a bank transfer to the account specified by the Client or by postal order sent to the address specified on the order. Delivery costs will not be refunded. All products available from the shop are original, new and under the manufacturer’s warranty. |
